Das Results Only Work Environment (ROWE) ist eine Personalführungsstrategie, welche von Jody Thompson und Cali Ressler entwickelt wurde. Angestellte werden nicht mehr für eine bestimmte Anzahl von Arbeitsstunden bezahlt, sondern vielmehr für ein bestimmtes Arbeitsergebnis. Thompson und Ressler führten diese Strategie in der amerikanischen Elektronikmarktkette Best Buy ein und gründeten anschließend die Unternehmensberatung CultureRx. Die Strategie wurde darauffolgend beim zweitgrößten us-amerikanischen Einzelhändler Gap Inc. eingeführt sowie im Girl Scouts of San Gorgino, J.A. Counter and Associates und in der IT-Abteilung des Fairview Health Services. ROWE wird detailliert in Dan Pink's Bestseller Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us beschrieben.

ROWE bedeutet praktisch: jede Person kann ihre Arbeit zu jeder beliebigen Zeit an jedem beliebigen Ort ausführen, solange das Arbeitsergebnis stimmt. Es gibt keinen Zwang die Arbeitszeit im Büro zu verbringen, wenn eine Aufgabe auch an einem anderen Ort erledigt werden kann.
