Das Royal Red Cross ist eine militärische Auszeichnung des Vereinigten Königreichs und des Commonwealths.

Die Auszeichnung wurde am 27. April 1883 von Königin Victoria gestiftet, um herausragende Dienste in der militärischen Krankenpflege zu würdigen. Während des Ersten Weltkriegs wurde 1917 die niedrigere Klasse des Associate hinzugefügt. Der Träger erhält die post nominals RRC bzw. ARRC.

Bekannte Trägerin ist Florence Nightingale.
