Ukash

Ukash bezeichnet ein elektronisches Zahlungsmittel für vorwiegend digitale Güter.

Ukash ist eine Handelsmarke der Smart Voucher Limited[1] und ähnelt der Paysafecard. Ukash wird als 19-stellige Persönliche Identifikationsnummer (PIN) an etwa 275.000 Verkaufsstellen verkauft. Auf tausenden Webseiten weltweit kann mit Ukash bezahlt werden[2]. Außerdem ist Ukash in der Scene als Zahlungsmittel weit verbreitet, da Ukash anonymer als andere Zahlungsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. PayPal ist. Ukash wurde 2011 laut eigenen Angaben mit dem Queen's Award for Enterprise for Enterprise for Outstanding Achievement in International Trade ausgezeichnet[3]
