Viscount Head of Throope in the County of Wiltshire ist ein britischer Titel im Peerage of the United Kingdom. Er wurde 1960 für Anthony Head geschaffen, der als Kriegs- und Verteidigungsminister im Vereinigten Königreich tätig war. Seit 1983 trägt sein ältester Sohn Richard Antony Head diesen Titel.

Der Familiensitz liegt in Throope Manor, in der Nähe von Salisbury, Wiltshire.
