Wily (auch Waly, Weleja, Waleja) ist als altägyptische Bezeichnung der Region Elis im Verbund mit Teny in der Ortsnamenliste im Tempel des Amenophis III. bezeugt. Die früher vermutete Identifikation mit Troja (Willion) war aus geografischen Gründen nicht haltbar, da Troja weder zu Kreta noch zur Peloponnes gehört.
