Chyawanprash

Chyawanprash kann man als Getränk verwenden und es ist ein wichtiges Produkt in der Ayurveda-Heilkunde (Indien). Es hat eine über 2000-jährige Tradition.

Chyawanprash wird aus 25 bis 80 (meist mehr als 40) Zutaten der Natur hergestellt;

Der Hauptanteil besteht aus den Amla-Früchten und vielen Kräutern, die in einem sehr langwierigen und aufwendigen Prozess zu einer Art Marmelade (ähnlich wie Pflaumenmus) verarbeitet werden.
