Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) ist ein Regelwerk für den Transport von Gefahrgut im Luftverkehr der IATA.
Die DGR-Bestimmungen sehen vor, dass eine bestimmte Nettomenge pro Versandstück nicht überschritten wird. Außerdem muss die Verpackung der Güter nach besonderen Richtlinien vorgenommen werden. Güter müssen in Frachtbriefen und sonstigen Versanddokumenten entsprechend deklariert werden. Zudem müssen Versandstücke mit besonderen Gefahrzetteln oder Markierungen gekennzeichnet werden. Der Absender muss eine Versendererklärung ausfüllen. Zur Codierung hilft die PAX-Nummer.[1]
Die Dangerous Goods Regulations übernehmen die von der ICAO herausgegebenen Technical Instructions (ICAO-TI).[2] Daneben haben alle IATA-Mitgliedsairlines die Möglichkeit, spezielle Bestimmungen (i. d. R. Verschärfungen der geltenden Bestimmungen] und Bedingungen festzulegen.
Die IATA hat die nunmehr (Stand: 15. September 2011) die 53. Ausgabe der DGR veröffentlicht.[3]
