Dōngjīng (chinesisch 東京 / 东京 Dōngjīng, wörtl. Östliche Hauptstadt) steht für


Der chinesische Begriff Dōngjīng wird hierbei analog zu den beiden chinesischen Städten Běijīng (北京, Nördliche Hauptstadt) und Nánjīng (南京, Südliche Hauptstadt) aus Himmelsrichtung (Nord(北), Ost(东), Süd(南)) und Hauptstadt(京) gebildet.
