Doolally

Shanks & Bigfoot war der Name eines britischen Musikprojekts, bestehend aus Steven Meade und Danny Langsman. Bekannt wurde das Duo durch den Titel Sweet Like Chocolate, der im Frühjahr 1999 zwei Wochen lang in den britischen Singlecharts die Spitzenposition belegte. Es war der erste Two-Step-Garage-Hit in England, der es bis auf Platz 1 brachte.

Weitere nennenswerte Erfolge gab es von Shanks & Bigfoot nicht. Den Song Straight from the Heart, der 1998 in den UK-Charts Platz 20 belegte, hatte die Band unter ihrem ursprünglichen Namen Doolally aufgenommen. Aus rechtlichen Gründen änderten sie danach den Namen in Shanks & Bigfoot.
