East Rennell ist eine Region der westpazifischen Insel Rennell. Es handelt sich um das südöstliche Drittel der zum Inselstaat Salomonen gehörigen Insel.

1998 wurde die Region mit einer Fläche von 37.000 ha und einer drei Meilen breiten Zone im umliegenden Meer in die Liste des Weltnaturerbes der UNESCO aufgenommen. Sie trägt dort die Ordnungsnummer 854.
