Eileen Emily Paisley, Baroness Paisley of St George's (geborene Cassells) (* 1934 in Belfast) ist eine nordirische Politikerin.

Paisley ist die Ehefrau von Ian Paisley. Am 14. Juni 2006 wurde sie zum Life Peer geadelt und gehört seitdem dem House of Lords an. [1] Eileen Paisley und ihr Mann haben fünf Kinder. Ihr Sohn Ian Paisley jr. ist ebenfalls Politiker.
