(Elizabeth) Kay Andrews, Baroness Andrews OBE (* 16. Mai 1943) ist eine britische Politikerin (Labour).
Leben und Karriere
Andrews arbeitete von 1970 bis 1985 als Parliamentary Clerk. Dann wurde sie politische Beraterin von Neil Kinnock in seinem Amt als Oppositionsführer 1985 bis 1992. Bis 2002 war sie Director of Education Extra. 1998 wurde sie mit einem OBE ausgezeichnet und zum Life Peer als Baroness Andrews, of Southover in the County of East Sussex im Jahr 2000 erhoben. Im House of Lords diente sie ab Mai 2002 als Government Whip und war Regierungssprecherin für Education and Skills; Health; and Work and Pensions bis zur Wahl im Mai 2005. Dann wurde sie zum Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Communities and Local Government ernannt.
Andrews heiratete 1970 Professor Roy MacLeod, sie ließen sich 1992 scheiden.
