Aiwo (früher Aiue) ist ein Distrikt auf dem Inselstaat Nauru, im Südwesten der Insel. Es grenzt an Denigomodu im Norden, an Buada im Osten und an Boe im Süden. Es ist 1,1 km² groß und hat 1.300 Bewohner. Es wird manchmal als inoffizielle Hauptstadt Naurus bezeichnet, obwohl eigentlich Yaren als Naurus Hauptstadt gehandelt wird. Nauru hat aber keine offizielle Hauptstadt.

Aiwo hat seinen Namen vom gleichnamigen historischen Dorf Aiwo; gemäß Paul Hambruch bedeutet es „friedlich“.

In Aiwo befindet sich die Hauptindustrie und das kommerzielle Zentrum des Landes. So ist hier zu finden:
