Fakty i kommentarii (Факты и комментарии; deutsch: Fakten und Kommentare) ist die größte Boulevardzeitung der Ukraine mit Sitz in Kiew.

Fakty i kommentarii wurde 1997 gegründet und wird von dem Schwiegersohn des Ex-Präsidenten Leonid Kutschma, Wiktor Pintschuk, kontrolliert. Die täglichen Auflage beträgt 1,1 Millionen Exemplare. Die Zeitung erscheint fünfmal in der Woche (Di.-Sa.) in russischer Sprache.

Das Blatt liefert leicht verdauliche Lektüre zu aktuellen Geschehnissen in der Politik, gelegentlich auch Interviews, jedoch ohne tiefgreifende Analyse.

Die Zeitung hält seit 7 Jahren fest die Führerschaft auf dem ukrainischen Markt für Printmedien, den letzten Berichten zufolge lassen ihre Positionen nach, die Verkäufe gehen leicht zurück, insb. merkt sich das in Kiew, wo Fakty nach Verkaufszahlen von Segodnja schon deutlich überholt wurde 1.
