Die Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (finnisch Viestintävirasto), kurz FICORA, ist die finnische Regulierungsbehörde für den finnischen Telekommunikations- und Postmarkt. Sie hat ihren Sitz in Helsinki. Die FICORA ist Mitgliedsverwaltung der CEPT.
Gemäß dem Jahresbericht 2007 hatte die FICORA 218 fest angestellte Mitarbeiter [1]. Generaldirektorin der FICORA ist Rauni Hagman.

- Vielfältige elektronische Medien
Neben der Regulierung des elektronischen Kommunikationsmarktes überwacht die FICORA auch die Laufzeiten von Postbriefen.
