Daniel Forfang (* 28. Dezember 1979 in Tromsø) ist ein ehemaliger norwegischer Skispringer.

Daniel ist mit 16 von zu Hause ausgezogen, um Skispringer zu werden. Er spielte letzte Saison oft nur die zweite Geige im norwegischen A-Team. Für die WM in Oberstdorf (Deutschland) wurde er nur als Ersatz mitgenommen. Sein Weltcup-Debüt hatte Daniel Forfang 2002 in Hakuba (Japan). Seine Bestweite von 214 Metern stellte Forfang am 18. März 2005 auf der Flugschanze in Planica (Slowenien) auf.

Am 28. August 2006 beendete Daniel Forfang aufgrund von Problemen mit dem Norwegischen Skiverband und dem Schlankheitsdruck seine Karriere als aktiver Sportler.

Aktuell ist Daniel Forfang Trainer beim Team Trønderhopp in Trondheim und betreut dort als Co-Trainer gemeinsam mit Olav Magne Dønnem und Chef-Trainer Geir Johnsen die Junioren.
