Hebei North University (Abk. HebeiNU) ist die offizielle englische Bezeichnung der Universität Nord-Hebei (Kurzzeichen: 河北北方学院 ; Pinyin: Hebei Beifang Xueyuan) in der Stadt Zhangjiakou, im Norden der chinesischen Provinz Hebei.

Die Hebei North University wurde erst im Jahr 2003 gegründet, indem die drei früheren Provinzhochschulen zu einer neuen Einheit zusammengefasst wurden:

Zhangjiakou Medical College (ZJKMC) (Medizin)
Zhangjiakou Teachers College (ZJKMC) (Lehramt)
Zhangjiakou Advanced Postsecondary Agriculture School (ZJKAPAS) (Agrarwissenschaften)

Die Universität Nordhebei hat 26 Abteilungen mit 15.000 Studenten. Bislang hat diese Hochschule 50.000 Studierende aus 29 verschiedenen Ländern und Regionen ausgebildet.

Die Bibliothek hat einen Bestand von einer Million Bänden. Die Universität verfügt über ein angeschlossenes Krankenhaus.
