Henne und Küken oder Hens and chicks bezeichnet im Gärtner-Jargon Pflanzen, die sich leicht über Ableger vermehren, wie der Hohe Mauerpfeffer (Sedum telephium), Hauswurz (Sempervivum und Jovibarba) und manche Steinbrechgewächse wie z. B. Saxifraga paniculata oder Bergenia cordifolia.
