Das International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) (englisch für das Internationale Komitee vom Roten Kreuz (IKRK)), ist das Kontrollorgan des humanitären Völkerrechtes.

Das Internationale Komitee vom Roten Kreuz besteht aus bis zu 25 Schweizer Staatsbürgern und ist die einzige Organisation, die im humanitären Völkerrecht erfasst und als dessen Kontrollorgan genannt ist. Es ist neben dem Heiligen Stuhl und dem Souveränen Malteser-Ritterorden eines der wenigen originären nicht-staatlichen Völkerrechtssubjekte. Seine ausschließlich humanitäre Mission ist, basierend auf den Prinzipien der Unparteilichkeit, Neutralität und Unabhängigkeit, der Schutz des Lebens und der Würde der Opfer von Kriegen und innerstaatlichen Konflikten.

Die Organisationen der Internationalen Rotkreuz- und Rothalbmond-Bewegung werden traditionell mit diesem verwechselt.
