Implant (engl. Implantat) bezeichnet in der deutschen Körpermodifikations-Szene Gegenstände, die als Schmuck sichtbar unter die Haut implantiert werden. Die Schmuckimplants sind für gewöhnlich aus Silikon oder aus Teflon; früher auch aus dafür geeigneten Metallen. Die Möglichkeiten von Implants sind sehr vielfältig. Auch Pyramiden, Sterne, Ringe oder Kegel an Kopf oder Brust sind nicht ungewöhnlich. Eine spezielle Variante bilden die transdermalen Implantate, welche aus der Haut herausschauen.

Implants gelten als eine recht extreme Form von Körpermodifikation. Vor allem ist das Risiko einer Infektion relativ hoch.
