Die Schwaneninseln (span. Islas del Cisne, auch Santanillas, engl. Swan Islands) sind eine zu Honduras gehörende Inselgruppe in der Karibik. Sie liegen 156 km nördlich vor Honduras und bestehen aus den drei Inseln Cisne Grande (Great Swan), Cisne Pequeño (Little Swan) und El Cayo Pájaro Bobo (Booby Cay). Die Landfläche beträgt etwa 8 km². Cisne Grande erstreckt sich über eine Länge von drei Kilometern, Cisne Pequeño ist ungefähr 2,4 Kilometer lang und 500 Meter breit. El Cayo Pájaro Bobo ist nur 90 Meter lang. 1971 wurden die von Christoph Kolumbus entdeckten Swan Islands von den USA an Honduras zurückgegeben. Die Insel werden verwaltungsmäßig zum Departamento Islas de la Bahía gerechnet.
