John Vornholt

John Vornholt (* 1951) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schriftsteller.

20 Jahre lang arbeitete Vornholt als freiberuflicher Autor und verfasste Sachbücher und mehrere Theaterstücke. In den 80ern schrieb er auch Fernsehdrehbücher für Hollywood.

Bekannt wurde Vornholt ab 1989 durch seine mehr als 20 Beiträge zur Star-Trek-Buchreihe und da vor allem für die ersten beiden Bände der erfolgreichen Dominion-War-Serie. Vornholt schrieb auch für viele andere Buchserien, die aus Film und Fernsehen entstanden sind, wie Babylon 5, Sabrina, Dinotopia und Buffy.

John Vornholt ist verheiratet, hat zwei Kinder und lebt in Tucson, Arizona.
