Julian May (* 10. Juli 1931 in Chicago) ist eine amerikanische Schriftstellerin. Zum Teil benutzte sie das Pseudonym Julian Chain.

Sie ist Autorin von Kinderbüchern (bereits mehr als 290) und von Science Fiction. Sie war häufig Co-Autorin von Marion Zimmer Bradley.
