Die Anacostia & Pacific Company (FCRR) ist ein US-amerikanisches Unternehmen zur Gründung, Leitung und Beratung von Eisenbahnunternehmen. Sitz der 1985 gegründeten Gesellschaft sind New York und Chicago.
Das Tochterunternehmen Chicago, SouthShore and South Bend Railroad wurde 1989 aus den Resten der bankrotten Vorgängergesellschaft gebildet.
Über die Tochter Anacostia Rail Holdings werden die Louisville and Indiana Railroad, die New York and Atlantic Railway, die Northern Lines Railway und die Pacific Harbor Line betrieben.
Das Unternehmen war weiterhin an der Bildung der MidSouth Rail, Otter Tail Valley Railroad, Montana Rail Link (an dieser hat sie noch Anteile) und der Kiamichi Railroad beteiligt.
Im Ausland war das Unternehmen in Privatisierungen in Argentinien (Nuevo Central Argentino) und Chile (Ferrocarril Del Pacifico) involviert.
