Komodo IDE

Die Komodo IDE ist eine IDE für mehrere Skriptsprachen, die für mehrere Plattformen zur Verfügung steht. Der Hersteller dieser IDE ist ActiveState. ActiveState ist unter anderem der Hersteller der unter Windows am weitesten verbreiteten Perl-Variante ActivePerl. Weitere unterstützte Skriptsprachen sind:

In der IDE integriert sind neben Syntaxhighlighting und einer Wort-/Klassenvervollständigung ein Debugger und weitere Tools für Entwickler wie beispielsweise ein Tool zum Erstellen von Regulären Ausdrücken.

Komodo Edit

Komodo Edit ist die kostenfreie Variante der Komodo IDE, die auf den Quelltexteditor beschränkt ist.

Open Komodo

Ein Ableger des Komodo Edit ist die Open Komodo Variante – eine Open Source-Variante des Komodo Edit.
