Linguine

Linguine oder Linguini (italienisch für kleine Zunge(n)) ist eine Pasta-Art, die aus flachen Spaghetti besteht.

Linguine, Rohzustand

Ursprünglich stammen sie aus Kampanien, einer Region in Italien. In der Gegend um Genua heißen sie Trenette und werden meistens mit Pesto alla Genovese serviert. Die einzelne Nudel ist ungefähr 4 mm breit.
