Antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity

Unter ADCC (kurz für antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity, dt.: Antikörper-vermittelte zelluläre Toxizität) versteht man die Reaktion von natürlichen Killerzellen (NK) mit antikörperbeladenen Ziel-Zellen (Antigene oder Pathogene). ADCC wird mit Hilfe der Fc-Rezeptoren der natürlichen Killerzellen vermittelt (siehe auch Trogozytose). Durch diese Rezeptoren können die mit spezifischen IgG-Molekülen markierten Ziel-Zellen gebunden und durch Ausschütten der NK-Granula zerstört werden.
