Lucy-Jo Hudson (* 4. Mai 1983 in Leeds, West Yorkshire) ist eine britische Schauspielerin.

Lucy-Jo Hudson spielt ausschließlich in Fernsehproduktionen mit und ist in Großbritannien bekannt für ihre Rolle der Katy Harris in der seit Jahrzehnten laufenden Soapopera Coronation Street, in der sie von 2002 bis 2005 mitwirkte. Danach hatte sie 2005 eine Rolle in Loose Woman.

Sie spielte in der ITV-Serie Wild at Heart die Filmtochter Rosie Travanion von Hauptdarsteller Stephen Tompkinson und Amanda Holden. Diese in drei Staffeln 2006 bis 2008 ausgestrahlte Serie lief 2007 im ZDF in der ersten Staffel unter dem deutschen Titel Wildes Herz Afrika.

Lucy-Jo Hudson spielte die Rolle der Cinderella in Panto. Sie lebt mit Schauspielkollege Alan Halsall zusammen, der in Coronation Street die Rolle des Tyrone Dobbs spielte.
