Luxembourg Approach Controllers Association (LACA) ist die luxemburgische Flugsicherung; sie gilt als die kleinste Flugsicherung Europas.
Gegründet wurde sie im Februar 2003 von neun Fluglotsen. Derzeit beschäftigt sie 21 Fluglotsen. Ihr Präsident ist Gérard Boby.
Über den Kontrollbereich dieser Flugsicherung ist zu sagen, dass sie, einmalig in Europa, sich lediglich auf den Luxemburger Flughafen und dessen Umgebung (den sogenannten Arrival- und Departure-Bereich) beschränkt.
Der Rest, d.h. alle Überflüge, wird von der belgischen Flugsicherung Belgocontrol überwacht (von 4500 bis 8000 Meter Höhe) und ab 8000 Metern Höhe von der EUROCONTROL.
Somit benötigen Fluglotsen der LACA lediglich zwei Lizenzen (Tower- sowie Arrival und Departure-Lizenz).
