MOUSE

Mouse (jap. マウス mausu) ist eine japanische Manga-Serie von Satoru Akahori (Story) und Hiroshi Itaba (Zeichnungen), die auch als Anime umgesetzt wurde. Sie lässt sich dem Seinen-Genre zuordnen und hat erotische Inhalte wie Fanservice und Hardcore-BDSM-Sexualpraktiken.

Handlung

Der 20-jährige Sorata Muon, offiziell Kunstgeschichtelehrer an der Yamanoue-Schule in Tokio, ist in Wirklichkeit der Abkömmling einer Diebesdynastie und stiehlt unter dem Decknamen „Mouse“ Wertvolles verschiedenster Art. Unterstützt wird er dabei von seinen Dienerinnen (BDSM-Sklavinnen) Mei Momozono, Yayoi Kuribayashi und Hazuki Kakio (alle 22 Jahre alt), die nicht selten ausgesprochen offenherzige Annäherungsversuche an ihn starten.

Veröffentlichungen

Manga

Mouse erschien in Japan von 2000 bis 2004 in Einzelkapiteln im Manga-Magazin Young Animal des Hakusensha-Verlags. Diese Einzelkapitel wurden auch in insgesamt 14 Sammelbänden zusammengefasst.

Auf Deutsch erscheint der Manga seit März 2005 bei Egmont Manga und Anime (EMA), bisher wurden 14 Bände veröffentlicht.

Anime

Studio DEEN produzierte auf der Grundlage des Mangas eine „entschärfte“ Anime-Serie mit zwölf Episoden à 14 Minuten, die vom 5. Januar 2003 bis zum 26. März 2003 auf dem japanischen Fernsehsender Chiba TV ausgestrahlt wurde.
