Mosisili

Bethuel Pakalitha Mosisili (* 14. März 1945 in Waterfall, Qacha's Nek) ist Premierminister des Staates Lesotho im Südlichen Afrika. Er bekleidet dieses Amt seit den Wahlen vom 29. Mai 1998, bestätigt durch die Wahlen vom 26. Mai 2002 und 17. Februar 2007. Seine Partei Lesotho Congress for Democracy (LCD) errang dabei jedes Mal die absolute Mehrheit im Parlament.

Mosisili studierte von 1966 bis 1970 an der Universität von Botsuana, Lesotho und Swasiland (UBLS) und wechselte danach an die University of Wisconsin in den USA, wo er 1976 einen Master of Arts-Abschluss erwarb.
