Muhammad Uthman as-Said (arabischمحمد عثمان الصيد‎ Muḥammad ʿUthmān aṣ-Ṣaid; * 1922) war Premierminister von Libyen.

Said war vom 17. Oktober 1960 bis zum 19. März 1963 Premierminister von Libyen.
