Muhammad ibn Chalifa Al Chalifa (auch Muhammad ibn Khalifa Al Khalifa; arabischمحمد بن خليفة آل خليفة‎, DMG Muḥammad b. Ḫalīfa Āl Ḫalīfa; † Dezember 1869) war zu drei Amtszeiten der Herrscher (Scheich) des Landes Bahrain.
