Der Gander River ist ein 175 km langer Fluss im Osten der Insel kanadischen Insel Neufundland. Er entspringt am Partridgeberry Hill südlich von Grand Falls. Der Fluss fließt von dort in nordöstlicher Richtung zum Gander Lake und weiter zur Bucht Gander Bay und in den Atlantischen Ozean.
