Das Park Row Building ist ein 1899 fertiggestelltes Gebäude am City Hall Park im Stadtteil Lower Manhattan in New York. Das Hochhaus (engl.: „high-rise building“) hat eine Höhe von 119 Metern (391 Fuß) und 30 Stockwerke. Der Architekt war Robert Henderson Robertson. Von 1899 bis 1908 war es der höchste Wolkenkratzer der Welt und ist der älteste noch existierende Rekordhalter. Es wurde 1908 von dem heute nicht mehr existierenden Singer Building als höchstes Gebäude der Welt abgelöst.
