Patricia Rawlings, Baroness Rawlings (* 27. Januar 1939) ist eine britische Politikerin der Conservative Party.
Rawlings gehörte bis zur Europawahl 1994 dem Europäischen Parlament an. In dieser Wahl unterlag sie dem Labour-Kandidaten Hugh Kerr. Im gleichen Jahr wurde sie zum Life Peer erhoben und gehörte nun dem House of Lords an. Dort ist sie Frontbencher. Seit 1999 ist sie Oppositionssprecherin für internationale Entwicklung und auswärtige Beziehungen.
Rawlings war von 1962 bis 1967 mit David Wolfson, nunmehr Baron Wolfson of Sunningdale verheiratet. Sie ist Mitglied der Pilgrims Society.
