Paul Sandby (* 1725 in Nottingham; † 9. November 1809 in London) war ein englischer Landschaftsmaler und Kartenzeichner, der zusammen mit seinem Bruder Thomas Sandby zu den Begründern der Royal Academy of Arts gehörte.

Er malte vorzugsweise mit Wasserfarben.

1762 wurde er zum Haupt-Zeichenmeister der Royal Military Academy ernannt, eine Position, die er bis 1799 innehatte.
