Die Peterborough Railroad ist eine ehemalige Eisenbahngesellschaft in New Hampshire (Vereinigte Staaten). Sie wurde am 7. Juli 1866 gegründet und verlängerte die Wilton Railroad über Wilton hinaus bis nach Greenfield. Die 17 Kilometer lange Strecke wurde am Neujahrstag 1874 eröffnet. Später baute die Manchester and Keene Railroad die Verlängerung dieser Strecke.

Am 1. Oktober 1873 leaste die Nashua and Lowell Railroad die Bahngesellschaft. Der Vertrag ging am 1. Oktober 1880 auf die Boston and Lowell Railroad und am 18. Mai 1895 auf die Boston and Maine Railroad über. Heute gehört die Strecke der Milford-Bennington Railroad.
