Felice Picano (* 22. Februar 1944 in New York City) ist ein US-amerikanischer Autor.

Biografie

Picano wurde 1944 in New York geboren. Er gründete 1977 den Verlag SeaHorsePress und 1981 gemeinsam mit Terry Helbing und Larry Mitchell Gay Presses of New York. Zusammen mit Andrew Holleran, Robert Ferro, Edmund White und George Whitmore gründete er den Violet Quill Club. Als Schriftsteller gewann er den Ferro-Grumley Award für den besten LGBT-Roman und für eine Kurzgeschichte den PEN Syndicated Fiction Award. Picano war Finalist für den Ernest Hemingway Award und wurde viermal für die Lambda Literary Awards nominiert. Picano lebt in Los Angeles, Kalifornien.
