Troy Polamalu (* 19. April 1981 in Garden Grove, Kalifornien) ist ein US-amerikanischer American Footballspieler. Er spielt auf der Position des Strong Safetys für die Pittsburgh Steelers in der National Football League (NFL), die ihn 2003 in der ersten Runde gedraftet haben. Polamalu wurde von 2004 bis 2008 jedes Jahr für den Pro Bowl nominiert.

Am 5. Februar 2006 gewann er mit den Pittsburgh Steelers den Super Bowl XL gegen die Seattle Seahawks und am 1. Februar 2009 gewann er ebenfalls mit den Pittsburgh Steelers den Super Bowl XLIII gegen die Arizona Cardinals.
