Ein Proteinoplast (von altgriechisch πρωτεῖος proteios „grundlegend“ und altgriechisch πλαστός plastós „geformt“)ist ein farbloser Plastid (Leukoplast) der sich zur Speicherung von Proteinen und Enzymen aus einem Proplastid differenziert hat.
