Qnext ist ein auf Peer-to-Web (P2Web) basierendes Programm, welches dem Benutzer die Möglichkeit gibt, mit anderen Benutzern Dateien auszutauschen oder mit diesen per E-Mail oder Instant Messaging in Kontakt zu treten. Qnext ist auf Microsoft Windows, Linux und Mac OS X lauffähig.

Funktionen

Qnext fasst die gängigsten Instant Messenger zusammen, so dass der Benutzer eine universelle Kontaktliste für alle Messenger hat. Außerdem hat der Benutzer die Möglichkeit, auf einen E-Mail-Account zuzugreifen und seine E-Mails durch Qnext zu verwalten.

Kritik

Um Qnext zu nutzen, muss man einen Qnext-Account anlegen und seine Zugangsdaten zu den verschiedenen Protokollen, die man Nutzen möchte, auf dem Qnext-Server hinterlegen, ohne dass dies begründet würde. Eine deutsche Anleitung ist nicht vorhanden.
