Richard Toll ist eine Stadt in Senegal. Sie liegt am Ufer des Senegal etwa 120 km östlich von Saint-Louis.

Die Stadt hatte 1988 etwa 30.000 Einwohner, 2003 bereits knapp 50.000, mittlerweile ist die Bevölkerungszahl bei gut 70.000 angelangt.

Haupterwerbszweig der Bevölkerung ist die Landwirtschaft (Zuckerrohr) sowie dessen Verarbeitung in der örtlichen Zuckerfabrik. Über 8200 Hektar Zucker sind im Besitz der Compagnie Sucriere Senegalaise (CSS), die etwa 7000 Arbeiter beschäftigt
