Sermiligaaq ist eine Siedlung im Osten von Grönland, die zur Verwaltungsgemeinde Sermersooq (seit 2009, vorher Ammassalik) gehört. In dem Ort leben 230 Einwohner (2007).[1] Der grönländische Name Sermiligaaq bedeutet übersetzt "Wo die Eisberge herkommen".
