Stefano Magaddino (* 10. Oktober 1891 in Castellammare del Golfo; † 19. Juli 1974 in New York City) war ein italienischstämmiger amerikanischer Mafioso. Er war der Boss des Mafia-Clans von Buffalo und führendes Mitglied einer der berüchtigten Fünf Familien aus New York City, der Bonanno-Familie.

Mit über 50 Jahren an der Spitze der Cosa Nostra von Buffalo gilt er als der am längsten führende Mafia-Boss eines Clans[1]. Er war Mitglied im National Crime Syndicate sowie der berüchtigten Commission von Lucky Luciano. Magaddino überlebte mehrere Mordversuche und verstarb im Alter von 82 Jahren an einem Herzinfarkt.
