Strobe Talbott
Nelson Strobridge „Strobe“ Talbott III. (* 25. April 1946 in Dayton, Ohio) ist ein US-amerikanischer Diplomat, Politiker und Politikwissenschaftler. Strobe Talbott war Vize-Außenminister der Vereinigten Staaten von 1993 bis 2000 und gilt als Freund Bill Clintons. Der als Weltföderalist bekannte Talbott ist derzeit Präsident der Brookings Institution in Washington D.C.
Im Frühjahr 2009 war er Gastwissenschaftler an der American Academy in Berlin.[1]
