Die Sugar River Railroad ist eine ehemalige Eisenbahngesellschaft in New Hampshire (Vereinigte Staaten). Sie wurde am 14. Juli 1855 gegründet und verlängerte die Merrimac and Connecticut Rivers Railroad von ihrem damaligen Endpunkt Bradford bis nach Claremont. Die 47 Kilometer lange Strecke wurde jedoch erst im September 1872 eröffnet. Am 31. Oktober 1873 fusionierte die Bahngesellschaft mit der Merrimac&Connecticut Rivers sowie der Contoocook River Railroad zur Concord and Claremont Railroad. 1884 leaste die Boston and Lowell Railroad die Bahn, gefolgt von der Boston and Maine Railroad 1890. Heute ist nur noch der Abschnitt Claremont Junction–Claremont in Betrieb, der durch die Claremont Concord Railroad benutzt wird.
