Terrace Bay (Afrikaans: Terracebaai) ist ein an der Skelettküste in Namibia gelegenes, vor allem von Anglern besuchtes Übernachtungscamp. Es liegt etwa 400 km nördlich von Swakopmund sowie 70 km südlich von Möwebucht.

Das Camp "Terrace Bay" wurde Ende der 60er Jahre des letzten Jahrhunderts als Unterkunft für das Minenpersonal der "Terrace Bay Diamond Mine" der Amerikanisch / Südafrikanischen Scott / Du Preez - Gruppe errichtet. Es wurden damals ca. 6 Millionen Rand investiert (nach heutigem Wert ca. 16 Millionen Euro). Die Diamantmine arbeitete von 1969 bis 1972 und wurde dann wegen Unrentabilität wieder geschlossen. Die Belegschaft bestand aus etwa 35 Weissen und 150 Schwarzen Mitarbeitern.

Im südlichen Teil des Küstenparks bei Torra Bay ist ein besonderes Naturphänomen zu beobachten bzw. zu hören: die Röhrenden Dünen von Terracebaai: der Dünensand ist hier so beschaffen, dass er bei einer bestimmten Wind-Stärke und -Richtung ähnlich einem Schneebrett den Dünenhang hinabgleitet und dabei ein vom Dünenkörper resoniertes Reibungsgeräusch erzeugt, dass einem anfliegenden Flugzeuggeschwader gleicht und über viele Kilometer zu hören ist.
