Uunartoq Qeqertoq (Kalaallisut, auf englisch Warming Island ("erwärmende Insel")) ist eine unbewohnte Insel östlich von Grönland. Sie liegt etwa 650 km nördlich des arktischen Polarkreises.

Bis vor kurzem war die Insel noch mittels eines Gletschers mit der Hauptinsel verbunden und daher für eine Halbinsel gehalten worden. Im Zuge der auf die globale Erwärmung zurückzuführenden Gletscherschmelze ist das verbindende Eis jedoch zwischen 2002 und 2005 verschwunden.

Als Erste hatte die New York Times in ihrer Ausgabe vom 16. Januar 2007 darüber berichtet, dass nunmehr entdeckt wurde, dass Uunartoq Qeqertoq eine eigenständige Insel ist.
