William H. Clifford (* 1874 in San Francisco; † 9. Oktober 1938 in Los Angeles) war ein US-amerikanischer Drehbuchautor und Regisseur der Stummfilmzeit.

Sein bürgerlicher Name war Clifford Williams. Er war verheiratet mit Mary Holly.
